Respect as a core value is all about treating everyone with dignity, valuing their contribution, understanding each other's importance and developing a mutually trusted relationship. As a company value, Respect extends beyond the internal interactions!

Stabilizing process: Very time consuming in making a set of scales, from start taking something round and cutting two squares (rectangles )out of it that’s supposed to be perfectly the same. Crafted to the same dimensions. Second stabilization process most agree It’s just like stabilizing wood with a little bit of delicate time. What I was told there’s plenty of videos on YouTube. But, I can tell you two things the most important things about stabilizing and it’s most peoples downfall is moisture in the material moisture will not mix well with Resin. Most people say they cut molar with water? Why because the blade might leave more scratches? Well that’s not a big enough excuse for me. You’re going to cut it wet and then after that you’re gonna go to your stabilization process. Not me!! I’m gonna cut it dry when I finish cutting. I have dry material to start my stabilization process. If you need a little bit of water on the blade pull out of your cut wet the blade turn the water off then go back into your cut.downfall number two:-Dirty material the material is not properly cleaned or even cleaned at all. Material must be clean before you can start stabilizing whether it be with cactus juice or your choice of epoxy resin. before and after your cactus juice and epoxy techniques, the material will have to be sanded and cleaned well after each technique. My technique, my process when all this is said and done, I have approximately four hours into every set and I enjoy every minute of it!!
